Fortis Healthcare is expanding its Bengaluru presence by acquiring People Tree Hospital for ₹430 crore, with an additional ₹410 crore planned for expansion. This move will increase Fortis’s bed capacity in the city from 900 to over 1,500 beds within three years, strengthening its cluster-focused strategy.
